Dear ACCA,
There are simply no amount of words that adequately express our
gratitude to you for your donation. Without your generosity Briana's illness
would be far too difficult for Joseph, my husband, and I to be able to
sustain any pretence of normal existence. Not only the financial demands
that we face in our immediate future, but feeling that we would never be
able to give our children the good things in life has put a tremendous
strain on all our lives. We have felt helpless and isolated until your gift
and support showed us that we are not fighting this alone. What you have
given our family is more than just of monetary value. Of course, your
considerate support will have a major impact on Briana's life saving
